Q:What is your return/replacement policy? 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you aren't happy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy on unwanted or broken product. Please let us know 24 hours after receiving the product. We will send you a prepaid label. If the product was under $5 or was a giveaway - we will just let you keep the product.

Q.) I altered the product, but I want to return it and still in the 30 day window.

Customer will pay for shipping and partial refund will be applied to purchase.

Q:How long does processing & shipping take? 

 Your order will take between 10 to 21 business days to arrive once your order is dispatched. When you place your order, it takes 2-3 business days to process your order(not including weekends or holidays). For International shipping the time frame provided is just an estimated time. Please note packages may experience a delay due to customs handling. 

Q. I need to change my order or change the shipping address. 

Please email us within 24 hours of purchasing the product.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We are SSL certified, trusted site accepted and Mcafee Secure! Your Payments Are 100% safe! We accept payments through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Stripe (Facebook Shop). 

Q. Do I get a tracking number?

Yes! We want to track your order and make sure you receive it. We will send out an email 10 days after your product is shipped. If your product isn't there by the 20 day marker, we will refund you asap! 

Q: Where are we located?

Located just outside of Seattle, Washington. Our products are shipped from worldwide warehouses and will be shipped from anywhere over the us.
